Sun Village is an unincorporated community at an elevation of 2,723 feet and located in the southeastern Antelope Valley. The center of Sun Village is Palmdale Blvd. and 87th Street East. Population is about 9,375.
Sun Village, like many other Antelope Valley communities, has residents who take part in local pageants and parades. It operates its own local chamber of commerce and town council. Community standards were approved by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors in 2007. Jackie Robinson County Park is a focal point in Sun Village. The homes have a combination of public water, sewer, setic and natural gas utilities.
